Purex Baby products & a giveaway

I absolutely love getting items to review. It is a lot of fun to open your door and find packages on your porch.

Unfortunatley, I can't always review everything. For a variety of reasons.Like getting coffee when I don't drink coffee. Or items I just don't use/eat. I did get asked to review sex toys. Seriously, there was just no way that was EVER going to happen.

I recieved a bottle of Purex Baby laundry soap to review, but unfortunatley it had broken open sometime during delivery. I did get free item coupons though. A couple of days ago, I got a box containing Purex Crystals for baby as well.

When Mason, asked what was in the box, I explained it to him. I got the stink eye, and he proclaimed,

           "I not a baby anymore."

So apparentley, I am not going to be able to review these either. After all, I don't have a baby any more. However, I know a lot of readers who do!

Even if you don't have a baby, think outside the box...Do you have a friend who does? Do you know someone who is pregnant? What a fun (and inexpensive) gift it would be for a baby shower.
Only 2 are pictured but I SwEAR there are four!

I have 4 free item coupons to give away. 2 for the Purex Crystals and 2 for Purex Baby laundry soap. That is a lot of free laundry.

If you want to be entered to win these awesome coupons, here is what you need to do:

For one entry, you need to leave a comment on this post, telling me you want in.

Mt. Washmore

Whether your family consists of 1 or 20, there is one thing that we all have in common...laundry.

5 kids +2 adults= an insane amount of laundry. From daily outfits, to my husbands pt uniforms, the rest of his uniforms, linens...you get the picture.

I spend a lot of time in my laundry room. A LOT. So while I would never declare laundry as fun...

Purex is trying to make it a little more fun with a new video series called, "Let's Be Honest" which will share fun anecdotes about life, laundry and...whatever!

They are also having a fun sweepstakes (which launches on April 30th) where you can enter daily for a year supply of laundry soap. Free laundry soap could make laundry a little less depressing right?!

So make sure you check it out at Purex

Now I am off to restart the dryer so I don't have to fold quite yet!

product review & giveaway

Remember my good mail day a couple of posts down?

In which my mailbox was full of coupons good for free items? Would you like that to be you? Well read on my friends!

**********************************************************************

I was sitting at my computer when I heard a noise outside my door. I hadn't ordered anything recently so wasn't sure what it could be.

I open it up and find a cute little giftbox.

Inside was a free sample of Purex Complete Crystals fabric softener. How cute is that little bottle?
Now y'all know I do a ton of laundry at my house. 5 kids...including a cute little 20 month old who insists on feeding himself  ): Add in my own laundry, towels, blankets, dish rags, table cloths...whew. Doesn't that just make you want to cring just thinking of all that?

So since I was already doing laundry that day, I decided to use my new sample.

First impression was how good it smelled.I like my laundry to smell nice so that is very important to me.

Later when I pulled the load out of the dryer...they looked great, smelled great and were nice and soft. I didn't notice any greasy oil spots, which is one of the cool things about the crystals vs. regular softener.

All in all, I thought it was a great product. Would I use it again? Well, that depends. I know, I know but honestly I am not going to pay full price for it. A $6 price tag for a fabric softener is a little steep in my book. So for me it would of course depend on, do I have a coupon? Is it a good sale? Discount?

Now back to those free item coupons. I have 2 coupons to send to my readers so that YOU can try it out for yourself.

This is going to be a quickie 24 hr giveaway. Just comment on this post to let me know you would like to be entered!
