Product Review and GIVEAWAY

( A love note from Mom on the side!)

**This is a sponsored post by Progress Cards. While I was given the product to try for free, all opinions are mine. I am not recieving any payment for this review**

I am very excited to have the chance to review this product! Progress cards were developed by Scott Ertl. Scott is an elementary school counselor who has been helping children since 1996. He came up with Progress Cards as a way to help kids track their behaviors & goals.

Whether it is ways to deal with divorce, moving, making friends, effective routines...you can find a progress card that can help.

This school year started out a little rough for my daughter. We have not lived here very long, and she had not made any friends before she started middle school.

She is a very shy & quiet girl. Even my sister said it is hard to get her to talk! She isn't comfortable in large groups, and doesn't like to call attention to herself. Making friends is rough when you have that kind of personality.

Well, when I was given a chance to review Progress Cards, I asked her which list she would like to try for herself. She chose Friendship Skills. We decided to print hers off in a small size. We then adhered it to a piece of scrapbook paper to cutesy it up just a touch.

She now is working towards her goals and putting her new found skills to the test!

Are you interested in trying out Progress Cards for your child?

Okay, already commented on the contest update, but now I found the "rules". I'll give it a try. I would like to work with my son on his home attitude/behavior. Oh, and you don't have to follow me back, there isn't much to follow lately.

I have been racking my brain to pinpoint what it is I want Austin to work on. And I think I finally decided that he needs to work on his organization/neatness. I don't know if there is a progress card for that, but I need to help him become more independent and to take pride in his work.

Hey Marie!
I could use something for attitude/obedience at home, or for getting along with siblings.

I would like my oldest to work on his manners! Since he went into
2nd grade, manners have been non-existent! Now that I have pulled him out of public school I would like to retrain him on proper manners.

Hi Marie!

I think the progress cards are a great idea and I would like to use them mostly to help Lynzi learn to be better organized and tidy/picked up in her room and bathroom and around the house in general. Thanks for the opportunity! And I LOVE the additional giveaways, too...FUN! :)

Hi Marie,

This is great. I would love for my kids to help me keep the house neat. They love to just set things down and leave things all over. So I would love for them to take responsibility for their things as well as for helping me with the house.

By the way, I follow you on Facebook and on your blog.

I'd love to help my son become more responsible. It would be great for him to be able to learn these things by seeing how he is improving!

The progress cards sound like a good idea. Baby #5 will be here in a few weeks and I know I will be putting alot of pressure/responsibility on my two oldest, but only one won't be able to handle. My son, we are working on his behavior at home and keeping up with homework and grades- ya know the usual. These sound helpful! Good Luck to All!

My Bebe Boy James has an extremely high reading vocabulary, yet he tests much lower on comprehension. That is something that we are currently working on.
